Magik Glass and Door’s internet connection went down Thursday 7/7/16 at approximately 11 p.m and wasn’t restored until Monday around 10 a.m. It’s unclear as to the exact cause that affected us but we do know the problem was with the provider and it affected customers using static IP addresses. While Magik Glass and Door had no control over this outage we do sincerely apologize to any customers who were affected by our loss of service. Phones and email are once again working properly.
We highly recommend Mark @ West Coast Networking for all your IT and VOIP phone needs. Mark and his team did a great job upgrading our network and phone systems. They’ve been our IT professionals for more than a decade. Go to www.wcninc.com or call 760-674-9970 to speak with Mark or any of the IT professionals there.
